Malope Joel Tema

Malope Joel Tema is an Energy Management Consultant and Senior Operations Technician at Pleantify, where he leverages AI-driven solutions to reduce energy consumption and improve operational efficiency. He also serves as the Assistant Director at the Africa Energy and Mining Initiative (AEMI), where he shares knowledge, leads capacity-building efforts, and mentors the next generation of energy and mining professionals.

With a strong technical foundation, Malope is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) through the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) and holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering. He is currently pursuing his Project Management Professional (PMP) qualification with the Project Management Institute (PMI), expanding his expertise in strategic project delivery.
